Vermont

Windy, Cold, Hockey

I play for the Montclair Blues girls travel team, and we happened to have a tournament in Burlington, Vermont. Its about a 6 hour drive from New Jersey. The only positive was I got to leave school early because we wanted to get there early enough to have dinner at a normal time. I had a game the next morning at 12:00 so I needed my rest. On the way to Burlington the GPS took us on a car ferry, which was so cool! All you do is drive the car onto the boat and it takes you across the lake. The only downside was that it was freezing! In Jersey the weather was pretty nice so I had worn shorts to school, and I didn't feel like changing because I didn't think it would be that cold. Anyways, we made it across the lake and checked into the hotel. The next morning I had a tour for the University of Vermont scheduled. 10/10 do NOT recommend. The campus was nice but the people I saw at the town and at the school weren't my type of people. They were just really artsy and I would not consider myself to be at all. I mean yeah I can draw pretty well, but I don't act like that type of person. Im a low-key bitch if you know what I mean. Like, the more I'm mean to you the more I like you. For example, I make fun of my friends every chance I get, but I do it all out of love. The people at the school seemed like they would get butt-hurt over nothing, and I just can't deal with that type of person. If you go to UVM I'm sure your a lovely person, and I'm sure that not everybody from the school is artsy and annoying but that's just what I noticed on my visit. They also didn't have my major so that's kinda a thing, lol. OH! Hockey, yeah I lost every game at the tournament. Oh well, my team sucks but WERE HAVING FUN LOSING AND THATS WHAT REALLY MATTERS, RIGHT? TELL ME I'M RIGHT!!!!
